Task
Implementation of the "Marketing Box”, a tool with the help of which service partners can create leaflets, banners, flyers, etc.
Solution
Marketing Box was implemented on the basis of the Bitrix24 corporate portal. The tool contains editable templates for preparing promotional materials.
“Marketing Box” is a section on the Infoflot corporate portal which contains the following templates:
- Shared layouts sorted by format and ready for editing
- Infoflot layouts containing selections of cruises, ready-made texts and a logo
- “My layouts” saved by partners
The first step is to choose a template. In the second step, cruises are chosen. In the third step, the content of the layout is edited. After that, the layout can either be saved to “My Layouts” section, or downloaded as a PNG or PDF file.
The administrator can create messages for users that will be displayed in their Live feed. The settings allow administrators to select one or more partners who will see the message, and if there is no choice, it will be displayed in the feed for everyone.

Conclusion
Marketing Box is simple and easy to use, it allows users to easily create flyers, leaflets and banners based on ready-made templates. Also, if necessary, they can design their own layout and save for future use. This tool saves a lot of time on the preparation of promotional materials.
